Find new ways to connect with friends: We love @houseparty. FaceTime people you would normally meet up with. There's never been a more important time to tell someone you miss them.⠀
- Turn off social media & the news or take a break: the news can be overwhelming these days and also all consuming. Take a break for a few days or schedule social media catch-ups at certain times of the day only.⠀
- Eat healthy NOT JUNKY:It's easy to fall into a trap of eating junk food when you are sitting at home, but this will only make you more tired especially if you focus on high sugar foods. Keep you energy levels constant by eating healthy.⠀
Do the things you always put aside: take the course you always wanted to take - we signed up to quite a few FREE courses @Coursera. Clean-up that closet. Start-up that business.⠀
Remember there will be time when this will all be over, how can you look back on these past few months and not have any regrets and use it to become a better person?⠀
